Red Wine
Alamos crafts quality wines from Argentina, offering the best of Mendoza’s high-altitude vineyards at an incredible value. Alamos grapes are grown at the foothills of the Andes Mountains at elevations of 3,000 to 5,000 feet, where intense sunlight, cool evening temperatures and mineral-rich irrigation from mountain snowmelt translate to rich wines with intense flavor characteristics.

Champagne & Sparkling
Pale straw yellow with green hints. Honey, flowers and fresh grape aromas. On the palate the wine reveals further aromatic apricot, stone fruit, grape notes and a soft mousse. Delightful refreshing acidity on the finish to balance the sweetness.

Red Wine
Pèppoli 2024 is a bright ruby red color. The nose is vibrant and expressive, offering fresh notes of cherries, raspberry jelly, and pomegranate juice with floral sensations of violets and geraniums. The palate is lively and dynamic: an energetic entry leads to a juicy, flavorful mid-palate followed by a long, savory finish characterized by soft, sweet tannins.

Red Wine
Santa Cristina Rosso 2023 is ruby red with violet hues. The nose offers fruity and floral aromas with notes of cherries, blueberries and currants that meet hints of vanilla and cocoa. The palate is enveloping, supple and extremely pleasant with a fruity finish.

Pinot Gris/grigio
Aquilani produces handcrafted organic wines throughout Italy. The wines are made with the utmost respect for the land they are grown on with a strong focus on soil health and sustainable vineyard practices. Aquilani believes organic viticulture produces the best expression of both the grape and the terroir. From the wine to the design, Aquilani strikes the balance between old and new, classical and also full of character.

Rose
Delicate pale-peach colour, with subtle silver highlights. With a beautiful minerality, the nose offers a very fresh aromatic bouquet with notes of bergamot and a saline touch that reminds of sea spray. Round and harmonious, the palate is perfectly well balanced between the delicacy of the fruit and the minerality, with, as always, very beautiful freshness and a seductive liveliness underlined by aromas of lime zest. An elegant wine dominated by its remarkable freshness.

Prosecco
Bandini is a specialist Prosecco producer based in Valdobbiadene. Made in an Extra Dry style this Prosecco has the classic freshness and vibrancy of wines from quality vineyards in the hills in the Province of Treviso. Delicate and complex with fruity notes of peach and green apple. Secondary notes of citrus and wisteria follow suit. The palate results in a fresh and crisp acidity with notes of pear drop and melon.

White Wine
An aromatic wine with great citrus, tropical, snow pea and nettle aromas, finishing crisp and light with refreshing acidity. Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills are picked for optimum freshness, harvested early to maintain acidity. Crushed and chilled followed by a short soak on skins, gentle pressing and cool tank fermentation with a proportion in oak. The wine has purity from tank fermentation along with textural interest from skin contact and some barrel fermentation. Enjoy chilled while young, over the next 2 to 3 years.

Red Wine
Bleasdale has been growing Malbec since the late 1800’s and produced the regions first Malbec table wine in 1961. This wine is dark purple with intense aromas of violets, blackberries, plums and clove spice. Drinking well now, but with the potential to be a long term cellaring prospect if desired. It is normal for some sediment to form. Decanting one hour before drinking is recommended.
